The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics was adopted by the Board of Directors.

The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics was amended by the Board of Directors to (a) expand Section 1 to more specifically describe Columbia’s requirements as to the establishment and maintenance of its books, records and accounts and (b) identify by title the members of the Compliance Team.
