Columbia Sportswear Company has established a formal volunteer policy for Columbia Sportswear, Sorel, Montrail, and Pacific Trail employees. This policy provides each full time employee (hourly and salaried) with up to 16 hours per year of volunteer time. This time is used for company approved volunteer opportunities with company approved organizations.
